A strategic grant-making initiative for the growth and health of Christ’s people, especially as found in the Reformed churches in North America.

Our Values

A Gospel Simplicity: The simple message of Christ, and Him crucified, seems foolish and weak, but is actually the power of God, not only for the lost who are yet to believe, but also for believers, who are being instructed in the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 1, 2).  While the Holy Spirit’s project of applying that Gospel has far-reaching and beautiful consequences for all areas of life, the distinct and plain truth of the Gospel is at the root of it all.

A Reformed Heritage: After a period of great darkness, the truth of the Gospel shone bright and clear in the Protestant Reformation of the 16th and 17th centuries.  Lest that light dim, and we squander the blessings given to our spiritual fathers, we must build upon the faithful foundation of their labors, especially as expressed by our historic Presbyterian and Reformed confessions.

A Pastoral Focus: God knows that His people need leaders – courageous, patient, long-suffering, tender servants who love God’s people sacrificially, declare the full counsel of God’s Word to His people, and are willing to rule well in God’s house, because they love God Himself.

Grants

In accord with our values, we seek to prayerfully and financially support many causes, but we prefer those in one or more of the following categories:

  • Seminary education
  • Pastoral candidate internships
  • Church planting apprenticeships
  • In spiritually impoverished areas of North America, such as Canada and New England
  • Connected to a NAPARC denomination, especially the PCA
  • Supporting small, rural churches, or church plants
  • Developing lay leaders and ruling elders (e.g. campus ministry internships, continuing elder education, conference attendance)
